We have assisted surgical practices in indentifying opportunities for growth as well as worked in conjunction with medical practices and their legal professionals to help evaluate the need for obtaining licensing for surgical centers. Our years of experience in providing management advisory services includes, but is not limited to, preparing forecasts and budgets to enhance profitability, analyzing various software programs to enhance efficiency, and negotiating hospital contracts and other business agreements. We have represented many of our clients since start up; some now have second generation practices. We have provided business consulting services and advisory services to a multi-specialty practice guiding it from an eight-physician practice to a forty-physician practice, the largest in the county.
We have helped to guide physician practices to meet the challenges presented by the environment in which they must function, coping with third party payors, governmental regulations and the necessity to work closely with hospitals. We have advised expanding medical practices on the acquisition of medical equipment and technology, analyzing the cost effectiveness and financing alternatives available. We have assisted with software selection for electronic medical records (EMR) and file sharing.
